It gives me great pleasure to share a short behind the scenes film of a large project I directed and edited for Birkenstock. I was involved all the way from original concept to final delivery of a series of films designed to help advertise some new products for the shoe making giant. And I must say, it was extremely professionally satisfying to see my vision come to life over the 3-4 months the entire process took. There really is so much truth in the old adage, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. And in my industry, this ‘whole’ is the crew and boy did I have a great one here. I love getting the chance to direct with a crew and I distinctly remember feeling at home and with my people when we were shooting these films. So thanks very much to Adam Levi-Rodgers, Zach Levi Rodgers, Tyron McDonald and Jamie Steedman. You all worked your socks off!
